发电机组的安装问题是比较重要的，大家可以选择合适的位置安装，选择的安装地点要有良好的通风条件，发电机端的进风口要开的够大，柴油端的要具备良好的出风口，出风口的面积起码要比水箱的面积大一倍。安装现场周围应保持清洁，不得在附近放置酸、碱等能产生腐蚀性气体和蒸汽的物品。如果条件允许，应提供灭火装置。

室内使用时，排气管须引至室外，管道直径须≥消声器排气管直径，连接管道的弯头数量不应超过3个，以保障排气通畅，管道向下倾斜5-10度，避免雨水喷射；如果排气管垂直向上安装时，须安装防雨罩。当基础为混凝土时，在安装过程中，应用水平尺测量水平度，使单位固定在水平的基础上。在单位和基础之间应有特殊的防震垫或脚螺栓。

燃油发电机组到达现场后，应放在水平位置，避免阳光直射或下雨，严禁放在基站发电，严禁发电机的进排气口对准入口。将油机的输出电缆连接到开关箱的油机口，保障可靠的连接和隔缘措施，并锁好开关箱门、或向上风方向排放废气。接好燃油发电机的接地线，铺设好接地桩，保障接地连接可靠。将开关箱中的制动刀切换到机组位置，保障其可靠。

After arriving at the site, the fuel generator set shall be placed in a horizontal position to avoid direct sunlight or rain. It is strictly prohibited to put it in the base station for power generation, and it is strictly prohibited to align the inlet and exhaust ports of the generator with the inlet. Connect the output cable of the oil engine to the oil engine port of the switch box, ensure reliable connection and edge separation measures, and lock the door of the switch box or discharge waste gas in the upwind direction. Connect the grounding wire of the fuel generator and lay the grounding pile to ensure reliable grounding connection. Switch the brake knife in the switch box to the unit position to ensure its reliability.

开关箱基站在保障交流输入总开关断开的前提下，应切除基站交流输入零线，做好隔缘保护，并将油机输出电缆的备用输出接入交流电。应打开基站的分配屏幕，以保障备用输出容量与油机容量匹配。

检查机组安装工程各项内容有否正确施工完成。包括电路、油管、水管安装连接有否正确合理、进出风道、排烟管道、各样吸隔音工程和各个处理设备有无不足之处，同时各附属工作（保温、清洁等）有否跟上完成。多种设施的连接固定是否结实。在柴油发电机组安装工程稳定合理情况下，检验发电机房设计布局情况，现场开启发电机，监测机房内外噪音和排烟出口烟色浓度，合格通过。
