1、设备启动前准备工作

1. Preparation work before starting the equipment

1.1检查储水罐液位，必要时进行水或防冻液的补充。

1.1 Check the liquid level of the water storage tank and supplement with water or antifreeze if necessary.

1.2检查冷干机、循环水泵、储水罐、降温脱水模块及各链接管线是否正常，如有漏水并消除。

1.2 Check whether the refrigerated dryer, circulating water pump, water storage tank, cooling and dehydration module, and various connecting pipelines are normal. If there is any leakage, eliminate it.

1.3给冷干机上电。

1.3 Power on the refrigerated dryer.

1.4给循环水泵控制箱上电。

1.4 Power on the control box of the circulating water pump.

1.5打开循环水泵前后阀门。

1.5 Open the front and rear valves of the circulating water pump.

1.6给冷干机触摸屏上电。

1.6 Power on the touch screen of the refrigerated dryer.

2、设备起动

2. Equipment startup

2.1按下水泵控制箱“启动”按钮，水泵开启并查 #看水循环情况是否正常，如有漏水或其他故障进行消除。

2.1 Press the "Start" button on the water pump control box, turn on the water pump, and check if the water circulation is normal. If there is any leakage or other faults, eliminate them.

2.2点击屏幕“开/关”按钮，屏幕显示“确定开机?”点击确认。

2.2 Click the "On/Off" button on the screen, and the screen will display "OK to turn on?" Click OK.

2.3冷干机设备会自动运行，开机成功

2.3 The refrigerated dryer equipment will automatically run and start successfully

3设备停运

3 Equipment shutdown

3.1 点击屏幕“开/关”按钮，屏幕显示“确定关机?”点击确认，冷干机设备停止运行。

3.1 Click the "On/Off" button on the screen, and the screen will display "Are you sure to shut down?" Click confirm, and the refrigerated dryer equipment will stop running.

3.2按下水泵控制箱“停止”按钮，循环水泵停止，悬挂“备用”牌。

3.2 Press the "Stop" button on the water pump control box to stop the circulating water pump, and hang the "Backup" sign.

5.3冬季停运：?循环液是防冻液停运后，悬挂“备用”牌。

5.3 Winter shutdown:? Circulating liquid is a "backup" sign hung after the antifreeze is shut down.

②循环液是水要把冷干机、脱水罐、脱水模块、循环水泵及管线水放净后，把循环泵前后阀门关闭，悬挂“备用”牌。

② Circulating liquid is water. After draining the cold dryer, dehydration tank, dehydration module, circulating water pump, and pipeline, close the front and rear valves of the circulating pump, and hang a "standby" sign.
