发电机组频率不稳故障原因判断应从可能性大的、较容易检修的地方人手,应避免盲目拆检增加维修工作量。从以上故障原因分析,可将引起频率不稳的原因分为发电机组问题和调速控制系统问题。一般情况下,发电机组原因导致故障的情况比较常见,而且大多机管人员对柴油机比较熟悉,可先从发电机组方面入手。

将传感器拆下清洁后按安装间隙要求装复后,故障依然,可将转速传感器的因素排除;在发动机停机状态,短接控制器1、2脚,执行器应输出大油位,经检查发现输出电压正常,大供油量位置正确,电磁执行器与喷油泵齿条结合处没有松动现象,可将执行器的因素排除;那么引起记载频率不稳故障剩下一个原因了,就是电子调速器调整微分、增益调谐失灵。
