燃气发电机组燃气管道应采用钢管，管壁不应太薄，接头处要密封可靠，燃气管线连接完成后，用燃气检测仪或肥皂水检测管线渗漏情况，法兰阀门等接头处。

应定期检查阀门，应无燃气泄漏损坏等现象，阀门周围应无妨碍阀门操作的堆积物，阀门应定期进行启闭操作和维护保养，无法启闭或关闭不严的阀门，应及时维修或更换。

燃气发电机组燃气管线上的胶管应定期更换，严禁使用过期老化胶管。

对机组及燃气管线进行运行维护和抢修时，须可靠地切断燃气来源并将内部燃气排净，未查明事故原因和采取措施前，不得向燃气设施恢复送气。进行维护检修时，应采取防爆措施或使用防爆工具，严禁用铁器等工具进行敲击作业。
During the operation, maintenance and emergency repair of the unit and gas pipeline, the gas source must be reliably cut off and the internal gas must be discharged. Before the cause of the accident is found out and measures are taken, the gas supply to the gas facilities cannot be restored. Explosion-proof measures or tools shall be taken during maintenance and overhaul. It is strictly forbidden to use tools such as iron tools to knock.
燃气泄漏的抢修应在切断气源后进行，当泄漏处已发生燃烧时，应先采取措施控制火势后再切断气源，严禁管道内出现负压。
The emergency repair of gas leakage shall be carried out after cutting off the gas source. When the leakage has been burned, measures shall be taken to control the fire before cutting off the gas source. Negative pressure in the pipeline is strictly prohibited.
